• Three Dimensional Design and Manufacturing System - able to accept drawing and design requirements electronically and automatically incorporate them into our manufacturing system.
• Fully Integrated Coordinate Measuring Machine with articulating head and automatic tip rack/changer.
• CNC Turning Centers - specialized turning up to two inch diameter (bar feed and chucker).
• CNC Machining Centers - 28.0" X 13.7" X 18.7" shuttle table with 30 station auto tool changer.
• EDM Machines - CNC Sinker and Wire Machines, up to 40" X 39" X 21" (4 axis CNC with 14 tool changer and drop tank).
• Furnace - Grieve 20 X 24 oven with Abar Vacuum Furnace, Cincinnati freezer (-120 F), bright heat treat and vacuum furnace brazing.
